WHO CAN AND MUST TAKE THE LEADERSHIP OF THE STRUGGLE IN THE BLACK WORLD-YVES KOUNOUGOUS(PHd)- CONGO-NICE(FRANCE)-NCBS (USA)

                           Resistance in Memory of the Houston uprising of 1917, defining social responsibility

                      in the new millennium

 

                                     

                       

       - The complete tittle of this paper was : Who can and must take the leadership of the struggle in the Black World : The Africans-Americans ? The Africans ? The Diaspora ?

       - The book of my friend the Professor Julian Kunnie  '' The cost of globalization - Dangers to the Earth and it's people begin with a marvellous sentence : " The Earth on which we live is beautiful " but in the same time, she mask the mental poverty, the sufferings, the pain, of black peoples.

       - In Africa :

         " Slave trade " ; " Underdevelopment " ; In South Africa, Africans practice violence against africans ; But also  " The African Renaissance " with Cheikh Anta Diop ; Those thing drive me to said that Africa, a large continent with two thousand languages and tens of thousands of ethnic groups, is a victim and also responsible of its destiny.

      - In Diaspora : (Brazil, Haiti, West Indies)

         " Act White " ; " Value of Creolisation, of Antillanity " ; " Quilombo " ; " New concept of  " All world " ; Research of new identity (Frantz Fannon, Edouard Glissant, Aime Cesaire, Raphael Confiant, Patrick Chamoiseau) ; But also a great realisation : The MEMORIAL ACT in Guadeloupe - West French Indies, Monument who is considered as the soul of Guadeloupe.

      - In United States of America :

        - Despite the existence of importants maintreams (Afrocentricity - Molefi Kete Asante ; African Tradition Survival  through  " Ankh MaaT Wedjou Honor Society " - Malauna Karenga)

        - Despite the existence of one hundred and eighty activists groups who declared the Black supremacy and want the  " Black power "

        - Despite the existence of the Black Church who has obtained for the american black society a lot of civil rights

       - Despite the new research at Princeton University - Department of African Studies - on Intersectionality or Democracy in Black : How Race still enslaves the America soul

       - Despite the new vision, the new point of view of some institutions like Georgetown University (Jesuit) who recognize the injury for the Africans  descendents, and would like to impulse a real affirmative action politic

      - Despite the contemporary forms of resistence who honor the leadership of women (Black Live Matter) and criticism the search for respectability of generations 50 and 60 - because it's a form of racism and for them, this attitude, this behaviors lead to the dead end ; they also attack the old organisations (NAACP) and their institutional leader (Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton) because they Keep the  " Black question " for their personal interest and accept to receive subvention from the government or compagnies.

     - Despite the creation of the National Museum of African-American - History and Culture at Washington (DC) , that represent a healing place where Barack Obama, taking an idea of the poet Lanson Hughes said :  '' we are not a load for America, we are America "

 

     - The  " Color Line " in the American System has not disappear

     - The post racial society is difficult to build

     - The inequality are structural and the system has been unable to change the significance of the black body, for TA NEHISI COATES  " In America, it 's a tradition to destroy the black body, it 's a legacy " 

      - It 's impossible to be agree with this situation even if we must accept a new concept that I call : Acceptable injustice. The transformations in the twenty one century must include a revolution of mind, and all problems, theoretical or practical must be solved with a global approach, it mean if a theoretical or a practical problem appears (in USA, or in Africa, or in Diaspora) : First step ; The experts,The professionals, The specialists who came from this area, this space (USA, Africa, Diaspora) meet themselves, analyze the problem and give their advice, their solution ; But second step, The experts, The professionals, The specialists who don't live in the area, in the space where the problem is (USA, Africa, Diaspora) but know the reality of this area, this space,  give also their advice, their solution ; Finally, the confrontation of The  experts, The professionals, The specialists  " endogene " and The experts, The professionals, The specialists  " exogene " will give the only one solution, the best one advice. In case of emergency, nothing change, we have only to create in emergency a committee  " AD HOC ".

     - It's possible to give a chance to this model, to this construction, with a common methodology, by giving  " time to time " , and with the financial help of our brothers from America, who represent the first financial power.

     - You can and must take the leadership, let's write and build the future by hearing the conception of freedom of a great french thinker : Jean Paul Sartre.

       " Freedom does not consist in knowing what they have doing with us but to understand what we are doing ourselves of what they have doing with us "
